Everything you need to know before your first shipment with Flair Cargo.

Complete the account application form on our website. Our team will review and respond within one business day. Once approved, you'll receive access to CargoVision for bookings and tracking.
Maximum weight per shipment varies by route and aircraft configuration. Typically up to 150 kg per piece and 1,500 kg per flight. Contact our team for route-specific capacity details.
Dangerous goods, hazardous materials, live animals, human remains, and perishables requiring temperature control are not accepted. A full restricted items list is available in our Shipping Info section.
Log in to CargoVision with your account credentials. Enter your air waybill number to see real-time status updates from tender through to delivery.
A completed air waybill is required for all shipments. Depending on commodity type, you may also need a shipper's declaration, safety data sheet, or customs documentation for cross-border shipments.
