Meeting cargo cut-off times is critical. Missing the tender window may result in your shipment being held to the next available flight.

General Rule: Tender 2 hours before departure
All cargo must be tendered to the Flair Cargo station no later than 2 hours before scheduled departure. Retrieval is available within 4 hours of arrival. Station-specific times are listed below.

Late tender policy
Shipments presented after the cut-off time will be held for the next available Flair flight on the same route. Flair Cargo is not liable for delays resulting from late tender. Rebooking fees may apply.
